1. Agreement to Terms

4. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

The Platform allows users to purchase digital goods, premium features, and recurring subscriptions to independent creators.

• No Physical Goods: We do not sell or ship physical goods; therefore, no physical return policy is applicable.
• Refund Policy: Because our platform provides immediate access to digital goods and exclusive content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Virtual "Coins" and Platform Awards

Users may purchase virtual currency ("Coins") to utilize platform features, such as awarding content.

• Coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency by the purchaser or the recipient.
• Coins are non-transferable outside of their intended use on the Platform.
• All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable.

6. Creator Payouts

Users who utilize our platform to receive subscription payments or tips ("Creators") are subject to our payment processor's terms. Creators are solely responsible for paying any applicable income taxes on their earnings. We reserve the right to withhold payouts, claw back funds, or terminate accounts if a Creator engages in fraud, excessive chargebacks, or violates our content policies.

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our Platform, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at the email provided below.

8. Export Restrictions

Our services are subject to United States export controls. By using our platform, you confirm you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
